Tignale enjoys a wonderful panoramic position 600 mtrs. above sea level overlooking the entire area of Lake Garda.
The green tableland of Tignale,which seems to be a balcony over the lake, is surrounded by the tree-covered mountains of the Pre-Alps. It enjoys an almost mediterranean climate - mild in winter and temperate in summer- making it the ideal place to visit all year. The small port and the beaches at "Pra de la fam", which are windy at certain timess of the day,are situated at the foot of the impressive rockface which falls sheer down to the lake.
